Of Issachar, men who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do, 200 chiefs, and all their kinsmen under their command.
We need men who know and understand the times. Men who are grounded in timeless, eternal principle and turning over the soils the timely, extant present. Men who know what we ought to do.
