Psalm 49
Wise and foolish, rich and poor, men and
women, elderly and young all eventually die. But none can acquire, even in a
lifetime of good, hard work the ransom price of their own life. No one is
capable of being their own redeemer. No one will take their achievements with
them beyond the grave. But those who are in Jesus will not live in the grave.
They may die, but they live.
