Psalm 55
Being at odds with people is exhausting. It
is difficult knowing other people have a problem with you, even more so when it
is someone who used to be a close ally. The distance between friend and foe
carries with it its own sense of hurt and confusion. As though being opposed
wasn't strenuous enough, dealing with the hurt of who it is that is opposing
you only compounds the interest.
