Isaiah 40:26
Lift up your eyes on high and see: who created these?
We see what we worship in whatever we see. If you are consumed by bitterness, you see every possible infraction and imagine several others. If you are consumed by the fear of man, you read into every word spoken or unspoken. If you are consumed by Christ, you see Him in every circumstance.
Who or what do you worship? One way to tell is to ask yourself what you're seeing. Where do you look and what do you see when you look there?
