Every tribe brought the same sacrifices, but the tribe of Judah, again went first. Judah was the first among equals. Their sin was no less than their brothers. Equal portions of measures of offerings were brought by them, but their responsibility was to lead the way. Being the head does not mean that you're more valuable, it means you do what everyone must do first.
