Moses took the bones of Joseph with him

Dying wishes of faithful men should not be quickly disregarded. Joseph believed this day would come. Moses became the means by which Joseph's prayer was answered. Moses did not forget Joseph's bones in the hullabaloo of skipping town. He took the bones with him, not because Joseph's bones needed rescuing, but because his bones belonged with those who appreciate men of faith like him.
