God has prepared terrible virtues for us to walk in.
Because a warm bed will always invite you to stay a little longer, God sometimes has to toast our buns just to get us out from under the covers. He has terrible virtues planned for us. but first He has to get us up.
Rest assured, we must rest well in the good works of Christ on our behalf, but we must also rise again today to fight the good fight of faith as long as it is called, "today." He did not regenerate us to watch us degenerate. He did not wake us up in order to watch us fall back asleep.
Let us then get out of bed and get to work. May we attempt great things for the greatness of God and witness wonderful things according to His Word.
