Exodus 20:24
In every place where I cause my name to be
remembered I will come to you and bless you.
God desires to bless. He causes the
circumstances He chooses to reward. He makes His name to remembered, and
then meets the memory with blessing. He is in control and flexes His
sovereignty for the benefit of others.
