The search for the Seed of Eve had begun.
While each of the families listed boast of many sons and daughters, the story
focuses on one son from each generation and the passing of that particular
baton forward. The search for the Serpent Crusher was laying down bread crumbs
to follow the evidence back to God's promise in the Garden.
