Proverbs 30:32-33

If you have been foolish, exalting yourself,

or if you have been devising evil,

put your hand on your mouth.

For pressing milk produces curds,

pressing the nose produces blood,

and pressing anger produces strife.

It takes a mild effort to press milk into curds.

It takes a medium effort to press the nose to the point of bleeding.

It takes a moron to poke a bear.
