Ezekiel 3:5
For thou art not sent to a people of a strange speech and of an hard language, but to the house of Israel
You cannot send Christian children to godless grammarians and expect them to speak fluent faith. You cannot expect children without language to teach the heathen the vocabulary of righteousness. You cannot subject children to the rules and regulations of the reckless and expect them to acquire a love of the Lord's laws. Submitting to strange tongues is a strange way to propagate the familiar faith once for all delivered to the saints.
You cannot convince the godless to stop giving themselves to Caesar by sending your kids to Caesar to tell their kids to stop giving themselves to Caesar.
Only cowards send their children where they don't dare to go and only fools expect untrained children to train the untrained children of others. The more likely and anecdotally obvious result is not a school system reached and raised up in the Lord, but generations of the saints' children lost as casualties of war, sent unarmed into the arms of the State, just as we see today.
Nehemiah 13:23-25
In those days also saw I Jews that had married wives of Ashdod, of Ammon, and of Moab: And their children spake half in the speech of Ashdod, and could not speak in the Jews' language, but according to the language of each people. And I contended with them, and cursed them, and smote certain of them, and plucked off their hair, and made them swear by God, saying, Ye shall not give your daughters unto their sons, nor take their daughters unto your sons, or for yourselves.
Untrained children sent as missionaries more often come back converted instead of making converts.
Missionary dating more often ends with both in the missionary position than either gaining a more Christ-honoring position.
A young lady cannot teach a young man the virtues of purity from his backseat.
You cannot teach heathen the value of Christianity by entering into their worship service of the secular. You cannot convert Caesar by catering to him, you must confront him. And that begins by refusing to pay the pinch of incense that he demands, and your kids are far more than mere incense and Caesar is asking for much more than a pinch of them.
Keep your kids.
Give them a Christian education.
